Kebijakan ini menjelaskan data apa yang dikumpulkan TG Saver ("kami"), dikelola oleh , saat Anda menggunakan situs web dan ekstensi browser kami, serta bagaimana data tersebut digunakan. Kami berupaya mematuhi Undang-Undang No. 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi.

Ringkasnya: kami tidak pernah meminta atau menerima password, kode login, atau sesi Telegram Anda. Ekstensi bekerja sepenuhnya di browser Anda dan tidak mengirim pesan, kontak, atau file Telegram Anda ke server kami.

1. Situs web (link publik)

• Link yang Anda tempel — dipakai untuk mengambil media dari halaman publik Telegram. Tidak disimpan setelah permintaan selesai.
• Alamat IP — dipakai untuk menghitung batas unduhan harian dan mencegah penyalahgunaan. Hitungan disimpan sementara dan direset setiap hari.
• File media — dialirkan dari server Telegram ke perangkat Anda melalui server kami tanpa disimpan.
• Log teknis — server dapat mencatat log standar (waktu, IP, URL yang diminta, kode status) untuk keamanan dan perbaikan galat, disimpan maksimal 30 hari.

2. Ekstensi browser (channel privat)

Ekstensi hanya aktif di web.telegram.org dan berjalan di dalam browser Anda.

• Untuk menemukan video, ekstensi membaca data yang sudah dimuat Telegram Web di browser Anda (misalnya daftar pesan dan informasi file video di penyimpanan lokal Telegram Web). Data ini hanya diproses secara lokal dan tidak dikirim ke kami.
• Video diunduh langsung dari Telegram ke perangkat Anda. File tidak melewati server kami.
• Ekstensi tidak membaca password, tidak mengirim pesan atas nama Anda, dan tidak mengubah apa pun di akun Telegram Anda.
• Hitungan unduhan. Setiap kali Anda memulai unduhan, ekstensi mengirim ke server kami hanya jumlah unduhan (misalnya "1") untuk menghitung batas harian. Ekstensi tidak mengirim nama file, judul, link, nama channel, atau isi chat. Server melihat alamat IP Anda (atau akun Anda, jika sudah masuk).
• Saat ini ekstensi tidak memakai analitik atau pelacakan.

3. Akun & langganan

Akun bersifat opsional: dipakai untuk berlangganan Pro dan memberi batas harian Gratis yang lebih tinggi. Tanpa akun, batas harian dihitung per alamat IP.

• Masuk dengan Google. Kami menerima dari Google: alamat email, nama, dan pengenal akun Google (ID unik). Kami tidak menerima password Google Anda. Prosesnya dijalankan oleh Google; lihat kebijakan privasi Google.
• Yang kami simpan: email, nama, pengenal akun Google, status paket (Gratis/Pro) dan masa berlakunya, tanggal pembuatan akun, hash dari token sesi (token aslinya hanya ada di browser Anda; berlaku 30 hari), serta jumlah unduhan per hari.
• Pemakaian tanpa akun: jumlah unduhan per hari disimpan terhadap alamat IP Anda. Catatan hitungan harian ini dihapus otomatis setelah beberapa hari.
• Pembayaran diproses oleh penyedia pembayaran pihak ketiga. Kami tidak menyimpan nomor kartu atau detail rekening Anda; kami hanya menerima konfirmasi status pembayaran.
• Anda dapat keluar kapan saja dari popup ekstensi; sesi di server dihapus saat Anda keluar.

4. Penyimpanan di browser

Situs web menyimpan pilihan bahasa Anda di penyimpanan lokal browser. Ekstensi menyimpan token sesi dan status kuota terakhir di penyimpanan ekstensi (chrome.storage.local) pada perangkat Anda. Kami tidak memakai cookie iklan atau pelacak pihak ketiga.

5. Berbagi data

Kami tidak menjual data pribadi. Data hanya dibagikan kepada penyedia layanan yang kami perlukan untuk menjalankan Layanan (hosting, basis data, Google untuk fitur masuk, penyedia pembayaran), atau jika diwajibkan oleh hukum.

6. Retensi

Data akun disimpan selama akun aktif dan dihapus dalam 30 hari setelah Anda meminta penghapusan, kecuali harus disimpan lebih lama karena kewajiban hukum (misalnya catatan transaksi).

7. Hak Anda

Anda dapat meminta akses, koreksi, atau penghapusan data pribadi Anda, serta menarik persetujuan, dengan menghubungi . Anda juga dapat menghapus ekstensi kapan saja.

8. Keamanan

Kami menggunakan koneksi terenkripsi (HTTPS) dan membatasi akses ke data. Namun, tidak ada sistem yang sepenuhnya aman.

9. Anak-anak

Layanan tidak ditujukan untuk anak di bawah 13 tahun, dan kami tidak sengaja mengumpulkan data mereka.

10. Perubahan

Kami dapat memperbarui kebijakan ini. Perubahan penting akan diinformasikan melalui situs atau ekstensi.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data TG Saver ("we"), operated by , collects when you use our website and browser extension, and how it is used. We aim to comply with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).

In short: we never ask for or receive your Telegram password, login code or session. The extension runs entirely in your browser and does not send your Telegram messages, contacts or files to our servers.

1. Website (public links)

• Links you paste — used to fetch media from Telegram's public pages. Not kept after the request completes.
• IP address — used to count the daily download limit and prevent abuse. Counts are kept temporarily and reset daily.
• Media files — streamed from Telegram's servers to your device through our server without being stored.
• Technical logs — the server may keep standard logs (time, IP, requested URL, status code) for security and debugging, retained for up to 30 days.

2. Browser extension (private channels)

The extension is only active on web.telegram.org and runs inside your browser.

• To find videos, the extension reads data Telegram Web has already loaded in your browser (such as the message list and video file information in Telegram Web's local storage). This data is processed locally only and is not sent to us.
• Videos are downloaded directly from Telegram to your device. Files never pass through our servers.
• The extension does not read passwords, does not send messages on your behalf, and does not change anything in your Telegram account.
• Download counts. Each time you start a download, the extension sends our server only the number of downloads (e.g. "1") so the daily limit can be counted. It does not send file names, titles, links, channel names or chat content. The server sees your IP address (or your account, if you are signed in).
• The extension currently uses no analytics or tracking.

3. Accounts & subscriptions

An account is optional: it is used to subscribe to Pro and gives a higher free daily limit. Without one, the daily limit is counted per IP address.

• Sign in with Google. From Google we receive your email address, name and Google account identifier (a unique ID). We do not receive your Google password. Sign-in is handled by Google; see Google's privacy policy.
• What we store: email, name, Google account identifier, plan (Free/Pro) and its expiry, account creation date, a hash of your session token (the token itself only lives in your browser; valid for 30 days), and your daily download count.
• Use without an account: the daily download count is stored against your IP address. These daily count records are deleted automatically after a few days.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your card or bank details; we only receive confirmation of payment status.
• You can sign out at any time from the extension popup; the server-side session is deleted when you do.

4. Browser storage

The website stores your language preference in your browser's local storage. The extension keeps your session token and last known quota in its own storage (chrome.storage.local) on your device. We don't use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is only shared with service providers we need to run the Service (hosting, database, Google for sign-in, payment provider), or when required by law.

6. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request, unless we must keep it longer for legal reasons (e.g. transaction records).

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by contacting . You can also remove the extension at any time.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restrict access to data. No system is completely secure, however.

9. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on the website or in the extension.
